Did not help
I took the capsules at the first sign of illness, but they did not help, and I felt worse by day four with rising fever and severe cough. Ultimately, I needed antibiotics. When taking these capsules, I also rinsed my throat and nose, hoping this combination would work. Those with gastrointestinal issues should take them after meals to avoid heartburn.
